The responsibilities include estimation, analyzing metrics, managing products and risks, conducting technical analysis, creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), overseeing product lifecycle management, Amazon Connectors discovery, designing AWS products, holding weekly status meetings, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), planning and executing projects, and handling monthly invoicing.

Estimation, design solutions and POC for approval. Daily interaction with client to gather business rules and design decisions. Modernization of legacy technology to cloud. Weekly status meeting with stakeholders and architects’ forums. Creating artifacts and infra design on AWS cloud.

Involved in migrating legacy technology to the cloud, conducting end-to-end code reviews, assigning work to team members based on skills, holding weekly status meetings with stakeholders, and managing project, risk, and quality audits.

Tasks include gathering requirements, coding, testing, issue resolution, and reporting. Responsibilities involve version control, code movement, and documentation. Effort estimation, weekly meetings with SMEs and SDMs. Proficiency in ITIL framework application.

Responsible for the deployment package. Weekly client updates and gathering business requirements. Guiding offshore team while working in USA (Hartford). Knowledge transfer to new team members and validating the KT plan. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project timelines and quality. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
