Key responsibilities included creating provisional and operational project plans, identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring resource allocation, and implementing project management best practices. Developed new MIS and templates to improve project management efficiency. Guided and mentored cross-functional teams, contributing to the successful implementation of CCPM within ARaymond.

Managed projects for major clients including JLR, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Volvo. Key responsibilities involved managing budgets, project timing, and quality plans. Acted as the key point of contact between AKWEL and customers for technical matters, managing product and component design validation, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Successfully managed projects with budgets up to €125M.

Prepared customer contractual approval and component product detail models/drawings, assembly models, and layouts. Ensured compliance with customer APQP and CAPM processes. Established the initial bill of materials and updated the PDM database files. Supported PFMEAs with Manufacturing Engineers.

Led software releases, adapter testing, and production testing within the group. Managed Windchill server setup and customization for production testing. Created customer-based scenario test cases, project testing, and reviewing.

Designed major components including Tooling Design for Crankshaft, Connecting Rod, Camshaft, Steering Knuckle, Planetary Gears, and Flange Universal Joints.
