Developed a strategic road map for the HR & Operation function. Handled responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Joining, Separation, and Leave. Managed the complete recruitment life-cycle, handling payroll, legal compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws), and conducting exit interviews to understand attrition reasons.

Mapped clients' manpower requirements and sourced candidates through various sources like job portals, company databases, and networks. Created comprehensive job descriptions and conducted preliminary screening and short-listing of candidates. Managed the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and preparing MIS Reports.
