Negotiations for the salary and reference checking. Convincing prospect candidates to share their resume with us and sharing all the information about the training program through email.

Cold calling all the LIC agents, health insurance agents, common people, etc. and convince them to join your team. Building your own sales team and co-ordinate with them on a daily basis for the prospect leads of a customer. Hire and training of all the agents of your team and providing them the details of all the health insurance policies. Achieving sales target through your own team.
