As part of Supply Chain Inventory Management team, my foremost responsibility is to help in managing Vendor returns process, providing weekly country level forecasting for returns and taking timely follow-ups from Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs) across the country. Preparing monthly reconciliation reports of vendor returns unit movement for Trans & FCs.

Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for large Fulfillment Centre. Executing inbound and outbound operations, coordinating physical and virtual workflows, or flow of orders and materials to ensure products are shipped on time to meet customer delivery promise. Driving performance management of my team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates. Consolidate information from different sources to determine daily resource plan requirements for the facility, then adjusting and executing accordingly. Performing in depth problem solving in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations.

Worked in Voice process for Vodafone - New Zealand, handling live calls for Inbound Sales for selling Vodafone's products. Received many direct client appreciation and NPS Promoters for exceptionally good customer services within short span of time.

Worked in live Banking environment for Bank of the West, USA, handling Commercial Loan Servicing and Construction Loans for businesses.

Worked in Non-voice process with complexity level of T3C3, having responsibility of generating Group Insurance proposals for clients. Recognition from Client and leadership for giving Value Story on reducing Average Handling Time (AHT) to complete a request. Handled additional responsibilities of Process transaction Quality Audits and team's Facility management.

Business development, procurement of products from India to entire supply chain management. Finding buyers in Dubai for Agricultural products trading company established in Free Trade Zone of United Arab of Emirates.

Purchase - Sourcing raw wood from suppliers across US, Europe and India by negotiating to get most effective price and credit. Operations - Designing basic daily operational work flow, designing standard operating procedure, proper stocking, forecasting demand and timely manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements. Human Resource - Monitoring labour output according to the manufacturing targets, handling labour grievances. Logistics - Handled shipping lines price negotiation, custom clearance documentation and domestic transportation. Export Sales - Developing new buyers for Handicraft furniture exports by connecting with new firms with all relevant data. Finance - Financial planning, International fund transfers and coordinating with government tax departments.

Operations & Logistics - Responsible for handling daily warehouse operations alongside international & national logistics management for timely achievement of organisational sales & production targets. Human Resource - Handling labour output on day to day basis & labour grievances. Marketing & Sales - Developing new buyers for our imported woods, handicraft furniture & agro commodity trading supplies. Finance - Financial planning, International fund transfers and coordinating with government tax departments.

To coordinate with the trust meetings; drafting agenda, making minutes of the meetings and monitoring the progress of decisions implementation. Making financial analysis and monitoring the operational progress for further report making for top management to review on monthly basis alongside routine accounting. Coordinating with on ground staff and monitoring the work-in-progress as per the policies laid down by top management.
