Led implementation of client payroll processing into i-admin’s ESS tool; managed talent acquisition, retention, and development; identified and implemented process improvements in HRIS, HR Administration, and Compensation; processed payroll for multiple locations (India, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan); handled complete Hire to Retire across multiple locations; and initiated HR Audits for all locations.

Led a team of HR Operations Specialists providing first-line assistance in end-to-end HR Operations services and support, including pre-employment, on boarding, off-boarding, workforce changes/transactions, payroll, inquiry services, and document/records management.

Handled HR Projects and HR Operations teams across two locations, assimilating HR data of various ERP into SAP; managed projects from design through UAT to change management; and drove performance of the HR Operations Team.

Handled Life Insurance operations team processing LTC policies; managed HR Shared Services (Hire to Retire) for New Hire On-Boarding and Off Boarding for BFSI; and worked as ERM (Employee Relationship Manager) for Insurance & Re-Insurance CoE.
