Future of work & RTO/ India - Overseeing Northern Trust India FoW/ RTO deployment; my primary role is to collaborate with all the Business Leads and build a robust project plan in order to enable a smooth & calibrated RTO India deployment (while most of the activities are planned by corporate and business units, we are working on India specific implementation plan). Facilitating Project Management Office (PMO) to publish meaningful Global Strategy reports to the Leadership team to reflect the progress of Site Projects; ensuring program status is accurate, informative and timely.
