Taking daily report of fleet movement from vehicle parking areas of all four locations. Getting daily status of manpower and machines availability for C&T (Primary & Secondary) operational purpose and managing deficiency. Getting daily status of vehicle under repair & maintenance and providing any required support. Visiting the SCPs (secondary collection points) and getting cleared on daily basis. Monitoring daily QR Code scanning to insure 100% ward coverage. Meeting with MC officials, City Mayor, City Ward councilors and other authorities and resolving their complaints. Preparing and maintaining related data and sending MIS to the management. Providing help in getting the monthly bill cleared for all locations.

Manage and motivate teams to achieve results within desired time and cost constraints, effectively dealing with multiple demands in a challenging environment. Manage Biomining Plant Operation (2000 TPD) and insure processing of daily Tones. Liasioning with ULB. Insure Billing & Collection as per the Budget & within timeline. Responsible for Setting up biomining Bioremediation of legacy waste project and sale of RDF/PCPW/MLP to the Cement factories Monitoring of Operation & Machineries. Dealing with local Transporters to forward RDF. To search and Process New Tenders. Documentation, Pre-Bid Processing and liasioning during Tender Processing. To attend National & International Site Visitors. Commissioning of all plant machinery of adequate capacity as per our agreement. Erection and Commissioning of Complete Plant. Finalization of Vendors for sale of RDF as per the CPCB/CPHEEO norms. Monitoring of carbon emission reduction.
