Worked on multiple API integrations with Salesforce, CRMNext, Ebix and other LOS/LMS systems for digitally signing and stamping of loan agreement document, sanction letters etc. Worked with Business and Product Team for Solutioning and Configuration. Preparing BRDs, Functional specification documents, Use cases. Responsible for handling issues in Procure To Pay(P2P): invoice discrepancies, auto-authorization of the invoice, receipt creation, working with members of the P2P team on functionality and capability, using ERP systems effectively. Developing business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks. Analyzing clientʼs business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. Engaging the client to gather software requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams. Evaluating the risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training. Conducting workshops for users post-implementation of the project. Responsible for all Finance ERP system support queries, static data management and maintaining system integrity for Finance systems – Proactis, CODA, TLM, and Blackline. Identifying and managing financial risks, prepare external financial reports, working for requisition approvals, PO approvals, vendor payments, Supplier performance, Streamline contract management, Delivery KPIʼs. Maintenance of Vendors, Suppliers and Bank Master Data, modification of Financial report setups. Handled 10+ end to end project implementations. Worked on automation of process thus saving effort of 0.5FT. Was a part of projects and transitions which included complete movement of the TLM process and CODA from UK to India. Designed SOPs for the processes transitioned to India.

Tested as Functional Consultant during migration from 11i to R12 in GE Transportation. Tested Oracle Apps GE customized reports. Tested AP, AR, Invoicing, GL modules, P2P, O2C, and so on in R12. Worked on IBM Sterling B2B integrator tool. Setup file transmissions as per requirements from the client and did testing for the same. Handled DB migration independently.
