Functioned as Project Manager for Lloyds Banking Group Service Infrastructure Transition and transformation Program. Steered VDC to Enterprise Cloud transition and transformation project for management tools under SD WAN new generation network program. Administered SD WAN deployment from solution development, POC, pilot run, and full deployment across 3000 sites in United Kingdom. Anchored Datacentre Migration project from MS Windows Server 2003-2012R2 Platform for Voice-CCT Storage and Management Server infrastructure. Deployed VM ware, ECXI-Blades, Storage, SAN, Tape Recording Units, VMs, ECHI, NetBackup, Call Recorders, etc. Drove change management for migration of the services to new platforms across datacentre. Contributed to different Telecom technologies projects for CDR upgrade, circuit delivery, branch relocation, firewalls, routers deployment, etc.

Led a team of 15 members for MIAL T2 Security Implementation, functioning as Planning Specialist for Terminal-2 Physical Security Project at Mumbai International Airport. Generated weekly status reports for managerial and stakeholder review. Defined MSP schedule and updated the same against the baseline. As Sr. Consultant- Planning and Operations, headed a team of 20 members, optimizing processes by implementing Kaizen and value stream mapping. Performed EHS audits and safety audits. Steered vendor management process for complex projects like Reliance Solar Power Project- Alstom.

Responsible for planning the program for HPCL- Mittal Energy Ltd. for implementation of physical security, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and ERP-SAP in the Greenfield project of GGS Smart Refinery at Bathinda. Successfully coordinated the program with teams and vendors across 3 states. Devised master program plan by integrating several tracks and determined their dependencies. Conducted workshops for integration between different applications. Accountable for scheduling, allocating resources, planning movement, budgeting, & monitoring tasks SOP for different projects. Managed a network of 27 vendors across India. Directed the operations of 6 districts in the project of digitization of land records commissioned by UPDESCO with a team of 100+ people.
