Developed strategic plans and action plans for rural development projects, aligning them with the Theory of Change strategy. Led the development of Theory of Change frameworks. Conducted financial analyses, forecasts, and modeling to support strategic decision-making. Managed budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management. Developed IT Tools and Fin-Tech applications for the rural sector.
