Involved in preparing quality Inspection datasheets; Responsible for conducting Pareto Analysis to find the major cause in rejected parts; Performing FMEA before production of a part; Quality, dimensional and weight checking of 3D Printed and painted parts; Checking for common defects prevalent in 3D printed parts; Identifying and resolving defects like Warpage, cross-contamination etc; Dealing with HP MJF 4200 3D Printed parts, Markforged (FDM technology); Scanning of 3D model using blue-light laser technology (3D Scanner); Creating refined scan data for enabling creation of CAD models; Operating FDM 3D printer (Raise 3D N2), slicing the .stl file before printing; Knowledge of Mould and Press Tool designing; Knowledge of 7QC tools and implementing them in day to day quality work; Performing internal quality audit.

Got trained on FDM printers and production for clients; Attended MAGICS software training for slicing of .stl files for 3D printing; Responsible for file preparation before 3D printing; Learned to convert Scan data to CAD through Reverse Engineering; Prepared 3D models for clients on CAD software.
