Implementing new strategies for the end-to-end recruitment process. Prepare and manage all the SOPs regarding HR processes, support HR policy formulation and implementation. Initiate new processes in recruitment to improve candidate experience. Manage and support the HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management. Support and manage Implementation of HRMS and employee data. Manage the entire asset allocation. Drive the entire BGV process. Responsible for tracking the training & probation reviews with the Team Lead & the management. Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the organization. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required, manage vendors and support procurement activities. Oversee Talent Acquisition for both Tech & Non-Tech Departments. Collaborating with Consultants, Campuses/Institutes in order to execute recruitment for the organization. Sourcing/Screening, shortlisting profiles, tracking candidates and follow-ups, Updating and Maintaining Internal databases. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, networking, and head hunting to match the internal requirement of the teams.

Generate leads for the company. Follow up with the prospects & understanding their hiring requirements. Meeting with the prospects & closing the deal. Documentation of the work. Participated in TechHR Conference 2018.
