Daily activities were searching profiles/candidates for different positions using Naukri, LINKEDIN and get their details and upload CV in client's portal like MindTree, Zensar, Coforge. Lining up candidates for interview, check availability, coordinate interview panels. Talk to the client SPOC, Follow up with selected candidates for closure. Maintaining daily tracker for the daily activities.

Get admission and counsell a student base of 5 per month, communicate about their career and provide direction, support, and motivation to aspirants. Enforce policies and procedures to achieve the customer service levels set by the organization, resulting in an annual increase of customer satisfaction by 5% per year. Maintain daily status report, prepare weekly and monthly sales projection reports, attend zoom sessions with the management.
