Spearheading the pan America programs for the clients like High Mark, & Blue Cross Blue Shield. Providing inputs to smoothen the initiation, requirement gathering, Planning, & controlling phases. Steering efforts in standardizing project management practices by using Agile - Scrum methodology. Engaging in introducing end-to-end vendor management process to take the contractor cost under control for the entire portfolio. Tracking project progress with the help of different reports and dashboards (forecast vs actual, code quality reports). Helping in Digitalization of client invoicing process for HMHS Program by using MS Power Platform. Overseeing end-to-end timesheet management process, making sure each timesheet is submitted before 30th or 31st of every month. Holds the credit of saving ~500K contractor costing by limiting the budgets for projects and taking necessary steps to achieve the budgets. Set-up entire Governance structure around Project management and Quality Management. Acting as Change Manager for the Bizmerlin tool which is currently used by Professional Services.

Spearheaded the Professional Services Change Management projects for 34 clients (~USD 110 Mil). Played Key role in scope finalization, project planning, resource management (CA Clarity) and risk management. Prepared MIS reports (e.g. Forecast, Backlog, P&L, Risk log) and shared the reports with key stakeholders of PS Portfolio. Created escalation matrix and designed KPIs around it for Professional Services BU. Reviewed quality of the work done and ensured that the team was meeting the set standards. Supervised escalating- delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the project. Designed yearly performance plan for projects/programs and making sure they are on track of achieving their goals. Bagged Quarterly Award for Q4 2020 Given by Professional Services Director for excellent program management and bring up the overall quality index of the team. Achieved Level One Spot Award for overall savings of USD300K for year 2019 by introducing automations.

Helped project manager to create and finalize the scope of the change management project. Worked on project work breakdown into phases and activities, also helped in work assignment. Created reports to monitor project progress and published the reports to key stakeholders. Involved in creating risk management tracker which helped project managers maintain a regular check on risks. Prepared report to show the budget overrun and helped on imposing the measure to control the cost. Appreciated by Ops Manager and Director for excellent Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills. Received appreciation from SME for Excellent Documentation of the Transition Process.
