Used MicroStrategy Desktop 11.2 to build schema objects Hierarchies, Transformations, Attributes, Facts and Relationships as a function of the logical model. Extensively used filters, prompts, consolidations and custom groups to generate canned and ad hoc reports. Create Transformations for using in comparative reports like revenue this year to last year. Generate key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics and other metrics. Used Project documentation feature: Documented all MicroStrategy objects like reports, prompts, filters and metrics for user reference. Developed reports for MicroStrategy Web users. Create Intelligent Cubes to solve the performance issues. Extensively used "Apply Simple" faction for creating attributes. Design developed and maintained reports, involved in data validation, analysis, testing and debugging. Introduce the Dashboard to business users and they liked the idea and requested to continue developing the dashboards with the existing reports. Develop several dashboards to be delivered to an ipad for the business user.

Gathered Business Requirements by conducting detailed interviews with business users and SMEs to create technical specification documents. Performed required data analysis, interpretation, correction and document presentation for various assignments. Created/modified SQL queries, Joins and Sub-queries to generate reports in Excel and Xcelsius. Performed analysis and presented results using SQL, MS Access, Excel and Visual Basic scripts. Upgraded the existing environment from SQL service 2005 to 2014. Write complex SQL queries and procedures for retrieval of data.
