Managing the day-to-day activities of a team of 15+ people. Executes and makes plans to deliver business metrics. Works with internal/ external teams and uses knowledge and expertise to execute business goals. Manages escalation/ complex tickets; analyzes data; highlights trends, gaps, etc.; and reports key metrics. Performs deep-dive analysis and creates COEs (Correction of Error) based on the deviation, problem, root cause, and solutions. Identifies gaps and drives improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement of processes/functions at site level. Interacts with multiple stakeholders to communicate on operations and represents data/metrics information and project reviews. Develops processes or tool components with documented SOPs for new processes or activities undertaken by the function. Demonstrates understanding of performance and leadership bar, applies it effectively to team members and to new hiring decisions and provides regular coaching and feedback to direct reports. Assigns appropriate challenging work to employees to develop & prepare them for larger roles. Devises and implements performance improvement plans for associates. Identifies and works with top performers for talent development and creates a leadership pipeline for own level.
