Ensuring accurate label descriptions of products. 8. Keep abreast of changing industry trends.

1. Researching and finalizing relevant infrastructure as per the project need. 2. Coordinating with vendors for center setup. 3. Conducting due diligence of training centers for final sign-off. 4. Monitoring recruitment and beneficiary mobilization as per project need. 5. Assisting the business development team in the application of new proposals. 6. Monitoring and tracking the project implementation as per plan. 7. Ensuring project compliance and managing external inspections. 8. Conducting internal surprise inspections at training centers. 9. Lead Pardhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) at challenging locations like Andaman, Goa, Daman, West Bengal, and Dadra Nagar Haveli.

Learned about center infra, center management, controlling, and physical verification, basically, the work is to improvise the training quality and coordinate with various centers running in different states and getting the work done just by coordinating on phone calls and Conferences calls with higher management. Also visiting the centers, and meeting with the departments if needed, for any specific work. In the Role of the Q-Team Head, the main work is to coordinate the centers for any defaults or deficiencies and report them to the higher management. Meeting the partners, visiting the new centers, and finalizing it if matching the standards. Preparing reports for management and weekly meetings with senior authorities of the organization. Successfully completed Physical Verification in Rajasthan and Bihar for DDU Project.

Gained Experience to design different types of websites, including the largest e-commerce website. My main task was to handle all the work related to website operations coming in a day, I Also, worked on responsive websites. The main work was to maintain the website on daily basis like updating news on the website.
