Determine resource requirements for delegated projects, including human resources, equipment, and materials. Identify skills and training needs for projects, ensuring that the project team is equipped with the necessary competencies. Conduct milestone reviews to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Review the Project Configuration Management (CM) Plan and the Project Quality Assurance (QA) Plan, ensuring compliance with project objectives and quality standards. Perform quantitative project management and control using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve project processes and outcomes. Develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans, identifying and addressing potential project risks. Monitor resource utilization and project milestones, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely achievement of project deliverables. Ensure on-time delivery and zero-defect delivery through effective quality assurance measures. Interact with clients through online and in-person communication, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Project Management at District. Coordinate with State Project Management Unit (SPMU) for project reporting. Coordinate with System Integrator's (SI) personnel deployed in the district. Facilitate acceptance of supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware & peripherals deployed at all the designated offices at the district level. Submission of weekly report to District Magistrate (DM) / District Collector (DC) on the progress of district project or any officer designated for implementation of the district Project by the State at the district level.
