Technical Project Management for a national level feeder monitoring solution to monitor the utility performance across the country and provide analytical results based on different feeder parameters like operational parameters, outage statistics, consumers affected, geotagging of assets etc. The solution involves development of Meter Data Management System (MDMS) and integration with over 85 different utilities to accumulate the metering data from different platforms like SCADA, RTDAS, MDMS, HES etc. on a central platform, perform the Validation, Estimation and Editing (VEE) based on business rules and provide high-level view of the feeder operations and utility performance across the country. Granular in-depth details for the data for further analytics can be catered to respective utilities as per requirement. Implementation of Integrated Resource Planning, Network Digitization, and automation of the IRP system for a leading state Discom in Northern India. The project involves creating the long-term plan over 2-5-10 years horizons for identifying the resource requirements for Generation, Transmission and Distribution Networks. Implementation of Outage Management System and it's integrations with other utility systems like MDMS, Transformer Load Monitoring System, ERP, SCADA/DMS etc. for Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA, Thailand). Project scope included the following activities: Development of detailed schedules for all the key projects. Implementation of Outage Management System as an out of the box solution. Integrations with other utility systems including the mobile app, Call Centre application, SCADA, DER monitoring, Transformer Load Monitoring, Utilities analytics for outage reporting, assessment and restoration. Validation of analytics for Regulatory reliability indices including SAIDI & SAIFI indices. Development of project governance framework, involving various governance mechanisms and communication mechanisms. Development of risk registers and risk framework for the projects. Conduct stakeholder meetings periodically to appraise them about the progress of the projects.

Successfully implemented the Utility Digital Transformation projects for: Outage Management System (OMS) integrated with the SAP, GIS, SCADA and Distribution Management System (DMS). The project provides automatic prediction of electrical outage locations, outage type & size, crew management and prioritization of restoration effort. It is a first project implementation in India using CIM v15 standards. Feeder level Automation project for SCADA implementation for entire Utility. Distribution Transformer Monitoring system to acquire, monitor and analyze the Operational conditions, Health parameters, Theft/Loss identification and other diagnostic data for Distribution Transformer over SCADA. Distribution Management System, including DERs, and applications for Decision Support Systems and System Integrity Protection. SCADA and DMS projects which will assist in remote supervision, control and optimization electrical distribution network of the utility. Energy Audit for facilities and feeders for identification, bench-marking and minimizing of loss pockets. Facilitating VA-PT audits, submission of observations and non-compliance to senior management for mitigation of vulnerabilities.

Project Management & Monitoring Consultancy for Transmission Substations and Lines: 3 Nos 220/132 kV Substations for MSETCL under the Project for Augmentation of Transmission Network & it's SCADA integration. 01 Nos. 190 MVA, 220 kV Substation in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow with system analysis, formulation of proposal and compliance to Indian Standards and statutory requirements of various civil bodies. 123 km. 220 kV Single Circuit Line from Bhusaval to Chalisgaon for MSETCL.

Project management for 8 nos. SCADA ready, 2x5MVA 33/11 kV substations along with 11kV underground and overhead lines.

Project Management Consultancy for: Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (UPPCL) for R-APDRP Project for IT Implementation, Energy audit , benchmarking and AT&C loss reduction for 42 towns including SCADA implementation for Lucknow. Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (UPPCL) for R-APDRP Project for IT Implementation, Energy audit , benchmarking and AT&C loss reduction for 61 towns including SCADA implementation for Lucknow. United Nation's Development Program- Access to Energy Program: It involved energy auditing and investigation of losses in the project area by integrating the components of RGGVY and RAPDRP Schemes. National Quality Monitor for Rural Electrification (RGGVY) works done by Rural Electrification Corporation for Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh State utilities. Distribution Reforms Upgradation Management (DRUM) project funded by USAID for MAHAVITARAN (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) for Konkan Region.
