Prepare BRD, Document of Understanding, PRD, Statement of Work and project plans. Prepare test plan, test cases and RTM based on SRS & FSD. Prepare user manuals and execute exploratory tests.

Managed team of 20+ associates and ensured release milestones are delivered on schedule and with high quality. Project planning, test planning, execution and delivery activities. Identified sanity and regression test cases and guided the team for automating them. Facilitated the Daily Scrum Meetings, Project meeting and provided QA status by highlighting risks and delays. Facilitated Defect Triage meetings and updated Senior Management of the risks/issues discovered while testing. Communicated progress and roadblocks to stakeholders including executive management and made recommendations to remove roadblocks leading to the on-time and on-budget delivery of the project. Updated Project Dashboard with various reports on a monthly basis as part of the Project Management Office requirement.

As a startup organization, was responsible for the initialization of test activities & implementation of test process. Recruited, trained and built up the test team. Acted as liaison between employees and management. Analyzed and resolved personnel grievances.

Test Management: Prepared templates for all test related documents, reviewed test plans and prepared test closure reports during delivery. Test Activities: Allocated tasks for the test team based on the plan, monitored their activities and collected daily status reports along with the review of requirements specification, test case designs, and requirement traceability matrix. Cross functional coordination: Ensured the test team communicated and coordinated with the development team regarding requirements, defects, fixes and impacts.
