Worked on complex Project in the role of Project Manager for numerous clients primarily situated in USA across IT, Manufacturing and Utilities sector. End-to-end project and program management. Ensure timely delivery of projects under budget and defined timelines. Providing effective communication of program status, financial reports, plans, issues, and implementation risks at all levels internally and externally. Working closely with Project Management team to provide oversight and guidance, taking joint ownership of our complex projects' success. Defining and implementing proactive processes which are structured to prevent project issues or identify them in a timely manner and drive successful resolution through any necessary intervention or remediation. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are adhering to standards set by the organisation and meeting the deadlines. Support program and project governance - perform project audits/reviews and extract lessons-learned and make them available for future projects.
