Leading in the Steering Committee Governance Review Meetings with stakeholders periodically.

Managing E2E execution of multiple projects involving the on multiple platforms (API & SAP S4 HANA) by following the best in Project Management methodologies. Conceived and drove an umbrella initiative for driving Digital Transformation in the unit leading to recurring annual savings in multi-crore value regions.

Lead the Project for India location as Brown field project for migration of old SAP system to ASAP. Planning, monitoring and controlling project activities to meet project OTD; performing end-to-end management of multiple projects related to Development, Maintenance & Support and Transition based on project SLA. Co-ordination on Projects execution across geographic locations/delivery centers involving Blue Printing, Realization, Final Preparations to Go Live. Lead several Projects in Southeast Asia Market for Developing project baselines, monitoring, and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. Providing reports status/progress to stakeholders with appropriate detail for desired understanding.
