Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; Keeps job descriptions up-to-date; Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts; Creates and updates compensation strategy; Work closely with the team to understand the team goal. Handling complete life cycle of recruitments. Shortlisting resumes, fulfillment of complete recruitment formalities; Organizing telephonic and personnel interviews; Negotiating salary, generation offer and finalization with candidates; Follow-up with the candidates; Preparing & maintaining database of resumes of candidates; Maintaining the attendance, incentives, promotion and the time-to-time job appraisal records.
