Developed a standard playbook for Employee Onboarding resulting in Among the only 2 company recruiters to surpass the company's Diversity Hiring target by more than 50%. Received 100% positive rating in the Employee Induction satisfaction survey.

Responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, short listing and conducting initial round of interviews of professional working in development sector for lateral hiring at clients. Responsible for leading recruitment consultancy company offering specialised services towards Human Capital Support Function. Major client served – ICICI Foundation, TATA Trusts, Ambuja Cements Foundation, Sightsavers International, United Way etc.
