Conducting entire onboarding process including offer release, Workday profile creations, BGV-initiations, maker-checker process. Constant follow up with TLs regarding new joiner’s performance. Constant follow up with new joiners regarding their experience in the organization and build a healthy relationship and update the same to management. Conduct Campus Recruitment Drives for Non- Tech profiles. Providing training to new joiners in team and maintaining performance level of team.
