Responsibilities include streamlining processes, setting up COEs for escalation management and Policies, and digitizing processes to enhance team productivity. Managed probable litigation cases, board members’ escalations, and complex employee issues. Provided legally approved recommendations to avoid future litigations. Responsible for framework management for online tools tracking ER issues and developing SOPs. Assisted in statutory compliance (PF and ESIC) and led various HR Shared Services strategic projects, including automating processes and streamlining operations. Managed grievance resolution, led F&F closure, oversaw ERP updates for payroll, managed IJP, and conducted audits (SOX). Also handled talent acquisition initiatives and managed training programs.

Managed performance, including establishing incentive slabs and negotiating salaries. Conducted tests and interview rounds for job applicants. Managed administration requirements and liaised with vendors. Maintained MIS for each client and provided feedback based on performance to improve product quality and productivity.

Direct delivery of reports to clients without supervision, including transcribing, proofreading, and editing single doctor’s reports while meeting strict TAT requirements.

Transcribing reports with an average accuracy of more than 98% and responsible for timely delivery. Performed simultaneous proofreading and editing of reports for error-free documents.
