Associated as a consultant. Handled recruitment needs based on assignments, developed new business tie-ups with ITES & BPO’s, and started in-house drives for BPO’s & Banks.

Worked in a SAP Implementation Project (Connect India Plus Project). Handled training administration, co-ordination, mapping, and scheduling of modules. Developed skills in planning & making training calendar and content development.

Worked as an HR - Recruiter. Achieved targets in closing positions and conducted in-house recruitment drives.
