Responsible for Sourcing candidates using different job portals. Performing audits on requisition approval process, background verification audit, posting audit, interview guide audit, compliance audit on a workday and create pipeline of candidate for future. Interviewing and assessing a high volume of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations. Working on ATS like Workday and Affinix to maintain accurate candidate records. Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information. Overseeing the background and pre-employment process. Doing work allocation at the beginning of the day to the recruiting coordinators and senior Recruiting coordinators. Tracking and publishing reports for attendance and coordinating with the transport team regarding the issues faced by the team members across the project. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery according to client's standard.

Project – Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan – SBA. Daily Activity: Dealing with the Client and verifying and underwriting their documents provided for SBA PPP Loan. Key Responsibilities: Analyze applicants’ data related to loan request. Evaluate loan documents are to ensure accuracy and completeness. Record loan denials and specific basis for declining application. Maintain client relationship and provide superior customer service. Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedure.

Process: Amazon. Daily Activity: Dealing with the customer query about their Amazon account and orders and provide assistance and also involve in sales of Amazon Echo and Kindle device. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining an AHT of 6 minutes. Make sure while assisting the customer PRR (Positive Response Rate) should be more than 93.50%. All the leaves should be planned, as it may hamper the delivery of the process of LOB. Also, while doing the Job, always be complaint to the process and the Company. Project: While working in Amazon Process with Concentrix. I got a chance to be a part of SWAT team, which was a cross trained team to assist the customer in all means of communication – Voice, Email & Chat.
