Scheduling the interview for the candidate according to their job profile either with the panel from their own organization or with the interviewer from the organization itself. After the selection, providing the candidate and the organization with the onboarding offer and the date of joining to the candidate. Helping the team and the managers to reach the organizational goal and to meet the targets of the month.
