Responsible for coordinating the Induction program based at HO to help new joiners in their smooth onboarding process. Handled the entire Pre/Post-Onboarding process flow. Responsible for Maintaining the physical and E-Files of the new joiners. Handled attendance and payroll related queries remotely for an entire site, with workforce of around 650 associates. Worked on attendance regularization, checking for discrepancies and resolving the same to avoid LOPs. Assisted with 1st Cut payroll and payout of associates working on vendors’ payroll.

Counselling of students interested in abroad education. Checked eligibility and budget and suggested universities. Guided students to fill Personalized Assessment Form on their website. Suggested various online courses to students.
