Developed and maintained Big query views and tables for different divisions going live with the product through the tenure.. (200 TBs of Data). Leveraged Dataflow and Kubernetes to transform org level data(in TBs) and orchestrated to the reporting layer for business insights. Sourced org level and contractual data to develop Data Studio reports that brought together the customer planned data vs actualised for every single month. Co-ordinated with Colgate colleagues and business representatives across the globe with empathy and worked together to deliver timely and reliable solutions. Represented the category at various forums for the work happening in the Data Engineering area in the category. Reporting Second Lead Act as a functional/technical lead for Reporting changes and help drive the project successfully (solution design, build, test, cutover, and Go Live support). Trained team on the use cases and how the GCP technologies are used and implemented in the project (Big Query , Dataflow & Cloud PubSub).

Single PoC for crafting solutions on the data needs of the organisation beyond the Director of Technology. Architected a data warehouse solution [BigQuery] by packaging org level data on a single platform that enabled Analyst across teams for deep dive analysis. Implemented BQML on BigQuery and presented the predictions using Looker. Primarily responsible for ETL-(Extraction-Transformation-Loading) operations for more than 30 GB data. Built a Machine Learning Model for the TFI Selection team by identifying & predicting the key success fellow metrics for an incoming cohort, thereby strengthening the selection process by around ~65-70% Algorithms worked on: Random Forest. Build a Volunteer Management System that matches teachers carrying a specific profile & expertise to the diverse real time needs of classroom surfacing each academic year. Tools worked on R, Excel, Salesforce CRM data. Assisted the Technology Team with product development by cleaning a large amount of data that formed the foundation of the software products developed. Crafted a Dashboard that catalyzed the process of data driven decision making by identifying structuring the KPI together on Google Data Studio (Viz Platform). Mentoring interns and first year graduates on data projects and architecting data solutions on Big Query and creating org level KPIs.

Review and analyze the specifications of our product - E-Learning platform. Brainstormed, documented and executed test cases for an E-Learning platform that developed interactive learning lessons for USA Students of grade 4-8th. Heavily documented bugs in the system. Coordinated and owned the bugs/issues assigned.
