Worked under financial services (accounts receivables) - Order to cash cycle for client Royal Bank of Scotland under insurance domain. Performed reconciliation of invoices with bank statements for the data coming from 18 different sites. Worked on Oracle E-Business Suite 12 application for multiple activities. Prepared weekly Aged debt reports, quality analysis reports and various follow up reports on excel. Provided assistance and handled queries coming from 18 different on-shore locations through mails, also handled high level escalations. Created feedback, production, quality and SLA trackers for different processes. Worked with third party debt-collection agency. Trained new employees on accounting principles and company procedures. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
