Teaching reasoning to students for BANKING, SSC and RAILWAYS, especially to those who are very weak in studies and are unable to learn by themselves. These students generally do not have much exposure to competitive exams and most of them were from Hindi Medium background. The Biggest problem with these kind of students is that they understand more if teacher speaks their ascent which is not commonly found.

Worked as Senior Academic counselor where i used to provide councelling to students. My core job was to know about my students , how he downloaded the application and whether he is able to understand the concepts more clearly now. After this i tries to understand the financial background of the student 's family and then communicates to the parents and tries to know what are their worries about their child. Then i arrange a video conference where the both parent must be present along with child. We tell this in starting of the session that we will be taking this detailed councelling sessions and we will be looking at the various strengths and weaknesses of the child. Based on the outcome of session we might be providing a course to student with scholarship if we found some potential in student. But that scholarship will be available then and there only till the video session is going on and parents and students will have to take a final decision in last of session, as i have already told about this in the starting of session. This is how we close the deal on the spot and provides loan facility also if they needs. After this i personally take care of the student after selling the course and takes regular updates about his studies. This is how i build the trust in my students and then they also refer to their known for BYJUS. In my organization i have to deliver at least 2 sale to my organization every week. Learned various things from this work like understanding the background of student, looking at his needs, trying to know his financial status, his expectations from us, convincing skills , trust building , student satisfaction and many more. Understood the sales market from basic to higher level , about the image building of our organization, our competitors, and how to attract students to our side. Worked as Floor incharge at the service centre of Royal Enfield where my core responsibility was to assign work to boys under me and to satisfy the customer with our service. To decide which bike should be given to which mechanic in accordance with the work in bike. To take care of the boys if the work is nearly equally distributed among the boys. To develop the feeling of team work in boys so that they can collaborate with each other and do the assigned work within expected time.
