Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. Working on new server builds & decommission of servers for both Windows and Linux environment. Working on LAN & WAN orders for client location which includes raising PO, procurement of hardware, vendor management and negotiation skills. Generating Firewall requests for clients. Assisting new joiners with the access part & generating login credentials for the tools required for the account. Gathering KPI metric scores for the resources from the team leads for the account and manage the i-reflection portal. Assisting in the development of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets. Tracking project progress and maintained updated project status reports. Contributing to process improvements and best practices in project management.
