Founded Qalaam to create a platform for emerging musicians in Kashmir as a one-stop shop for music production requirements. New business generation by doing aggressive business development activities including, field sales, field marketing, and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsible for end-to-end audio solutions, including technological integration, native music composition, and special effects incorporation, as well as handling additional client project requirements like video and photography. Build partnerships with various artists including local musicians, videographers, photographers, and others for greater synergy. Build business from scratch and generated a revenue of more than 8lakhs INR over the last 1.5 years. Build a strong organic client base, and with more than 50% of repeat business. Launched select videos and songs that have crossed over 30 million views in aggregate.
