Handled end-to-end IT Recruitment life cycle for various domains including Finance, FSCM, Basis, ABAP, Mobility, Security, Inventory, and HR. Managed the full recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to post-offer follow-ups. Responsible for overseeing the full employee life cycle, including compensation, benefits, and performance management. Initiated and organized employee events and engagement activities, and automated various HR processes like Leave and Resource Management.

Involved in facilitating the end-to-end processing of company payroll, maintenance of payroll inputs, and managing attendance and leave systems. Assisted with benefits inquiries and managed the entire exit process. Also handled third-party vendor management for over 150 onsite employees.

Assisted with joining formalities, on-boarding, and induction of employees. Managed various HR activities including benefits enrollment and assisting employees with policy concerns. Involved in training needs identification and coordinating with external vendors. Maintained MIS and managed the entire exit process.
