Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking Project progress, key performance indicators and milestones, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders. Resource Management: Managing and allocation resources both ( Human and Financials ) to project efficiently. Documentation: Maintaining Project documentation, including Project plan, status report, and lessons learned. Training and onboarding: Assisting new team members in understanding project processes, and procedures.

Led multiple- small and medium scale ICT projects throughout lifecycle. Management of external vendors and consultants- Service Providers- British Telecom, Virgin Media, TalkTalk Business, Metronet, COLT, CityFiber to name few. Stakeholder Management: Maintaining relationship with project stakeholders and addressing their needs and concerns.
