AWS Applications PM for inhouse applications to get support from AWS team on a timely basis. Organizing immersion day to create awareness on EKS for EFS, Kubernetes, Containers and other latest technological improvements in the industry. Work with product owners for applications like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, etc. to understand the vulnerabilities based on UAT. As part of Learning and Development PM activities, conduct Knowledge-Hub sessions, Quarterly Study group, Mentoring circle, upskilling activities etc. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with various stakeholders for projects, conduct gap analysis regularly to review and update procedures, processes, and projects.

Expertise in diligently handling end-to-end Project/Process transitions. Create/ maintain SharePoint and JIRA forms for the domain. Proactively lead UAT for various processes/projects. Creating and managing ECR/ ECO and their Product Lifecycle Management. Create BOM structures for Automotive Software Product Lines according to ASPICE and ISO26262 requirements for clients BMW, Honda, Ford, etc. Complete ownership of items from creation to end-of-life (obsolete) following DDLC/SDLC methodology. Innovate new methods and automation for efficiency and customer success. Conduct lessons learned sessions at project completion.

Identify documents in the SDLC process at an early stage work with the team to get technical insight, and prepare baselines. Involved in quality writing/ editing/ reviewing helped in the idea to develop quality metrics. Published more than two thousand documents successfully for the customers allowing building templates for various teams. Worked closely with the Quality Assurance team to review and validate technical documentation for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Involved in hiring members for the team.
