Conducting onboarding and arranging training for new joiners; serving as a link between management and employees; planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating work activities related to employment, compensation, and labor relations; maintaining leave and attendance records; handling performance appraisals; liaising with government bodies/consultants; meeting region recruitment requirements; managing contract labour processes and statutory requirements; supervising and consolidating data for payroll processing; analyzing manpower budget; and conducting exit interviews.

Handling adequate manpower allocation and rotational transfers; managing payroll for 350+ staff; managing attrition by identifying reasons for resignation; handling exit formalities and full and final settlement; conducting exit interviews; handling employee queries regarding salaries, ESIC, PF, and insurance; resolving employee grievances; closing disciplinary cases within TAT; facilitating training and reorientation programs; identifying training needs based on gap analysis; and conducting internal customer experience enhancement surveys.
