Working on the project EU Sort ART/Condor on the Location Translation, Geopolitical, Asset Core, Product UI and Dispatch Modernization for FedEx project. Responsible for Invoice generation, PRRISM Update, TRMS update, VMO Resource update and Manager authentication update. Handling four scrum teams: Product Edge, Asset Core, Dispatch Modernization, and GeoPolitical. Facilitating SAFe ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Daily standup, Iteration Reviews, Demo & Retrospective.

Managed AMF, SMF, UPF products with continuous delivery. Served as Scrum Master managing monthly sprints with Agile ceremonies. Managed 3 teams of 20 people globally. Facilitated PI planning, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings. Developed flowcharts and traceability matrices for process flows.

Delivered Paco products with SGW, PGW. Worked as business analyst and scrum master. Coordinated weekly estimation meetings for story points. Conducted user interviews to identify process pain points and monitored development progress to ensure project scope and budget compliance.

Worked on PaCo products (SGSN, GGSN and gateways). Responsible for analysis, coding, unit testing, regression testing, and implementation of new requirements. Handled production fixes, version control, and creation of technical specification documents.
