Working on various problems and initiatives with the objective to increase the credit collections efficiency. Developed a Credit Collection Risk Score based on debtor’s credit transaction history to get their propensity to pay, resulting in better prioritisation of efforts and resources. Designed, executed and concluded various A/B testing experiments on different sample of customers to check the effectiveness of AI automated call against human calling agent.

Worked as a consultant for Online to Offline (O2O) business team of Coca-Cola India with main focus on giving business insights for E-Commerce business vertical based on various data sets. Suggested and built a Hypothesis Testing Dashboard combining different sales data and metrics using Power Query, enabling correlation testing between different metrics, resulting in better insights. Built dashboards to monitor and indentify KPIs responsible for market share change. Made summary reports containing trends, visualizations and analysis using different strategic frameworks like BCG matrix and various Growth Decomposition techniques to give actionable insights. Built Quarterly and Yearly Promotion and Sales Volume Planning files.

Designed a model for mounting a solar panel for generating power near a pond on Autodesk Fusion 360. Designed an initial stage Fusion 360 model of a floating buoy, able to carry 4 sensors and 6 solar panels. Inspected Solar Charge Controllers and their types and studied MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) techniques to charge controllers.
