Worked with Product Managers of Google, Walmart, and Builder.ai to build real-life product strategy for companies like Audible, Amazon, and Spotify. Build an MVP to improve the course completion rate from 50% to 80% for cohort based courses. Acquired skills of handling a team of 60+ people across different domains. Responsible for hiring & training team members including executives, doctors, operations manager, Team Leads, Orthodontists & Implantologists. Attained expertise in the overall P&L as well as people management and its importance in the long-term sustainable business. Generated a revenue of 1.65 Cr (Highest ever by any city till date) in a month (June-2022) from B2C Aligners alone.
