Record performance of over 12 offers within a span of 2 months of signing up for RPO. Offers released across Engineering, Sales and Product roles. Close integration and interaction with the Hiring managers and Technical team members. Improved joiners rate by ensuring smooth assimilation of joiners and enhancing employer branding.

Emerged as the top performing vendor within the first 3 months of signing up the RPO. Top performer, among 10 vendors for the two quarters that I have served. Preferred vendor with the most number of positions handled across the spectrum. With a record joiners ratio of 70%. Managed various stakeholders in house such as the Technical managers, Hiring managers and TA team.

Worked directly with the Director and other Product leadership team members to step-up the entire product development, DevOps and SRE team. Worked on compensation benchmarking to standardize a competitive market pay to candidates by interacting with the Hiring managers and decision makers. Built the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team from scratch. Planned and managed multiple recruitment drives.

A seven month's project involving recruitment of International Interns for organizations pan Tamil Nadu on behalf of AIESEC. Facilitated internship opportunities for companies using AIESEC as a platform and marketed schemes of AIESEC to companies.
