Led deal implementations using project management methodology, managing the client deal portfolio and enhancing the client on-boarding experience. Served as the single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners, responsible for end-to-end project delivery. Managed coordination with partners including Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, Risk and Controls, and Legal. Ensured agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) / Service Level of Agreement (SLA) was met through regular monitoring. Monitored deal progress and updated the client regularly. Recorded and managed issues and escalated to multiple units to complete implementation. Ensured effective transition from project to production.
