Conducted Business Analysis for Versatile Bonds (BRD/FRDs) and implemented Salesforce custom solutions for MTSL and Motherson Innovation and MATE. Managed Account Support for Valeo Motherson Thermal and designed/implemented Java-based platforms for Motherson Services.

Led the development and implementation cycle for the R&D Lead Time and attendance Module on a Mobile Application. Created wireframes, prototypes, and drafted user stories and sprint backlogs. Conducted demonstrations to CXOs for sprint release functionalities.

Led a team of eight people on the TESCO project, handling task allocation and tracking using JIRA and Basecamp. Performed Account Management (new requirements documentation) and Business Analysis (BRD and requirement sign offs).

Worked on the Charles Schwab project, focusing on Use Cases, User Stories, Test Cases, and Manual Testing. Performed secondary research and analyzed customer requirements for all implemented functionalities.

Responsible for the complete project implementation lifecycle of an Artificial Intelligence based Chatbot for CenturyLink- US (Consumer and Enterprise). Managed requirements gathering, organized Scrum Meetings, maintained Product Backlogs, and documented BRD/FRD.
