Handling responsibilities for clients: from understanding the requirements to delivering relevant profiles and closing the positions. Understanding the technology and domain of the client to target the right talent pool and mapping various level of mid and senior positions. Coordinating with the team members to build strategies and hiring plans accordingly. Sourcing profiles from professional networking, internal databases, job boards, referrals, and headhunting. Screening the profiles before submitting them to the clients to ensure the quality profiles are delivered. Handling complete end to end recruitment process i.e from understanding the requisition, to first level screening(resume screening and basic phone call discussion with the candidates), processing the profile, co-ordination for the interview scheduling, to seeking and providing the feed-backs from the clients to the candidates respectively. Ensuring timely follow-ups with the candidates until they complete all the levels of interview. Understanding candidate resumes, career plans, and evaluation of their role fitment. Counseling candidates on how they should plan their career moves. Positioning relevant candidates to clients. Manage all candidate-related issues leading to closure. Involvement in offer negotiation and post-offer candidate engagement for better joining ratio. Maintaining all candidate's details in internal databases, google sheets/tracker, MIS. Performing and taking initiatives in Business Development activities.

Involved in end-to-end recruitment process of various Non-IT profiles including Sales, Marketing, Area Manager, On-Boarding Executive related profiles.
