Created a framework to extract call metrics and KPI’s from previously recorded calls to various insurances companies and built a model to increase the productivity of the callers by predicting the time and the insurance company to call for the best KPI metrics. Helped the team to build and deploy machine learning models to predict the claim denials from the insurances, which allowed us to save on operational expenses over appeals on denied claims.

Built and deployed machine learning models to predict the probability of error in claims for AGS Health’s clients, which helps the organization optimize every touch point to reduce operational costs. Built an NLP model to predict the medical code from the medical records and worked with app developers to integrate it with the existing application, reducing the medical coding time up to 45%. Worked closely with the HR manager to gain critical insights to reduce the recruiting and training costs by 11%.
