Coordinated and streamlined the operation of the Indian Institute of Management building project (200 acre land) within 30 months. Responsibilities included supervising site investigations, quality documentation (ISO 9001), project planning, budgetary estimates, vendor development, and erection supervision for civil and electrical works.

Managed planning, progress monitoring, and design coordination for the construction of a Hospital, Research Center, and university campus.

Executed site work for a single-story housing project, customizing reporting systems for project status, time schedule, and budget/cost.

Managed large-scale infrastructure projects including C-17 Hangars and various commercial/industrial fit-outs. Responsibilities included leading civil and finishes works, handling overall project schedules, managing EHS plans, coordinating with contractors (Boeing India Pvt. Ltd), and executing change management/value engineering for projects worth up to USD $12 M.

Supervised the preparation of EPC schedules and implemented Project Control Systems (DPR, RFI, NCR). Responsibilities included monitoring contractor progress, coordinating design with consultants/architects, and processing payment certificates.

Led the implementation of an Integrated Management System for project management. Responsibilities included developing resource-loaded baseline schedules, monitoring progress, assessing resource requirements, and managing budgeting and cost control for residential and commercial projects.

Supervised the preparation and review of EPC schedules for a 190-acre industrial facility. Tasks included defining package strategy, supervising Project Control Systems (DPR, RFI, NCR), and monitoring contractor progress against the project baseline schedule.

Worked as a Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor.
