Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback on job performance. Ensuring all safety regulations are followed, including wearing required safety equipment. Inspecting equipment and making repairs. Coordinating with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Scheduling workers’ shifts and coordinating activities for natural gas pipeline systems. Overseeing worker safety from hazards such as falls, electrical shock, and burns. Maintaining accurate records of employees’ hours and paychecks. Reviewing work orders and production schedules. Inspecting completed work for conformance to blueprints. Investigating customer complaints related to gas pressure, leaks, and service interruptions. Preparing reports on operations and activities. Enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety trainings. Handling site activities including Electrical works (Cable Pulling, Installation of Equipments, Termination of cables, Megger and Hi-Pot Testing, and LOTO activities), Mechanical works and Piping works (Welding, Piping Erection, Hotworks, Hydrotesting, etc.), Civil Works, Lifting Works (Crane and Rigging), and Work at Height Activities. Acting as the Environmental Officer for the project and submitting HSE reports.
